The text: The future of education, form 10.

Schools in  the future.

In the next century, schools will be very different from today’s schools. The world is changing drastically and we have been witnesses of the changes it has been going through. The educational sector has also been affected by those changes. Education is an important part of our society, and thanks to it, most countries got developed due to the fact that more educated people meant effectiveness. The school of the future will be equipped with cutting-edge appliances to provide students a higher education.
Undoubtedly the school of the future will be furnished with the latest contrivances, thanks to the advances in computer which brought an optional way to contribute and complete the conventional education methods. For instance, several schools around the world have a computation laboratory, which counts with didactic programs to help students assimilate and understand easily the subjects they advance at school. Furthermore, each classroom will have audiovisual equipments – DVD player, LCD television, PC.
It is likely that smart androids will take the role of teachers. As a result of the development of artificial intelligence, those androids not only will interact with the students but they will also teach them. Each android will dominate any subject, so that there will not be more uncompleted answers from teachers when they are asked about something. For example, nowadays Japanese scientists have created robots to help people with physical disabilities. Similarly, researches on androids are currently made.
The school of the future will provide an only universal education. It means that it will be the same type of education in any part worldwide. Therefore, equity between the genders, social and ethnic conditions will be possible. By making the education universal, anyone will have access to it. Consequently, countries will point to a better future and development.
Will there still be schools and teachers in the future?
Scientists predicted that in 40 years there will be neither school nor teachers. They claimed that in the society of the future both schools and teachers will cease to exist due to the advancement of technology, we won't need to attend school because we could study at our own home using a computer interface that allow us to chat with our classmates and  be thought by a virtual teachers from a program. This kind of system is definitely applicable, however whether it has more benefits or more drawbacks than the ordinary school system is highly questionable.
On  the one hand,  scientists are confident the students will be able to study much more effectively with the virtual school system. The students won't need to travel to their schools anymore and waste lots of energy in the process. Studying from home will most likely be more comfortable, the students will have more time to spend with their family daily and won't go through a tough schedule. The virtual teachers  will be much more intelligent and will teach with the most suitable ways for  students. Furthermore, the cost of education will decrease because there are no school buildings and highly educated teachers.
On the other hand, lots of people doubt the virtual system will be effective and artificial intelligence could replace a human being as a teacher. In the virtual system the students won't have a great social interaction ability because they study individually. In addition, directly chatting with classmates is much better and the competition between students wouldn't  disappear in the normal school.
