I want to tell you about rainforests problems. In my opinion, the biggest problem of tropical forests is cutting. Today, rainforest deforestation is occurring rapidly. Tropical forests are a resource that is renewing very slowly, but the speed of deforestation destroys a large number of ecosystems on the planet. This leads to sharp temperature fluctuations, changes in air velocity and precipitation. The smaller trees on the planet grow, the more carbon dioxide enters the atmosphere and the greenhouse effect increases, which will lead to global warming. Today they offer several ways to save a rainforest. I think,that every person should join this: it's time to switch from paper media to electronic ones, hand over waste paper. It is necessary to prohibit deforestation in protected areas and toughen penalties for violating this law. I think,that these actions will help save the rainforests on the planet.
I would like to talk to you about the conservation and protection of tropical forests. It's no secret that rainforests are not only the lungs of the planet, but also of great value to pharmaceutical companies, furniture factories, illegal loggers, as a thirst for profit. It seems to me that there is one interesting way out of this aggravated problem. It consists of several items. 1) the Creation between the States of a certain Treaty which implies a limitation of the territory for cutting down necessary for the needs of the state for a certain period of time (analogue may be the Kyoto Protocol) 2) Creation of a control and Supervisory body specializing in the protection of topics. 3) Toughening of penalties for illegal logging, up to a long prison term. In the end, I would like to say that the States of the world need to seriously address this problem if they do not want the lungs of the planet to die within 10-15 years. Thank you for listening.

Considering that only 50 years ago, tropical forests accounted for 15% of the Earth’s surface, today this number is only 6%. It is easy to imagine that this percentage will be in 10 years with the current dynamics of deforestation of tropical forests. Reforestation leads to sharp fluctuations in temperature, changes in air velocity and precipitation. The fewer trees on the planet, the more carbon dioxide is released into the atmosphere, and the greenhouse effect increases. Marshes or semi-deserts and deserts form at the site of felled tropical forests, many species of flora and fauna disappear. In addition, among them were people for whom the forest was a source of livelihood, and now they are forced to look for a new home and sources of income. In the rainforest you can plunge into the wonderful world of biodiversity, where exotic plants, trees, flowers and vines thrive in harmony with insects, snakes, monkeys, birds, butterflies, frogs, spiders and even jaguars.
